Terms, billing & refunds
The rules for buying and using ARAMO, written to be read. The same wording appears on the pricing page and at checkout.

What you are buying
A licence to install and use the ARAMO desktop application for Windows. The software is licensed to you, not sold. Every self-serve plan includes the full editor — analysis, editing, captions, music and rendering — and publishing to accounts you connect.
- One machine. A monthly or yearly licence covers one Windows computer. To move it to another machine, email info@aramoai.com.
- Offline use. After the first sign-in ARAMO keeps working offline for up to 365 days between licence check-ins.
- Updates. New versions are included while your subscription is active. New versions are included for the twelve months.
The monthly plan
Price and billing. Billed 327,500 IQD every month until you cancel. Every charge is in IQD. Dollar and local-currency figures are indicative only.
Renewal. Renews automatically each month by charging the card you paid with. If your card cannot be kept on file, we email you a renewal link a few days before the month ends instead of charging anything.
Failed payments. If a monthly payment fails we retry 3 more times over 6 days and email you before access pauses. Paying again restores access straight away.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from the link in every receipt — no email to us needed. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep ARAMO until the end of the month you already paid for.
Refunds. A month that has started is not refunded.
The yearly licence
Price and billing. Billed 3,275,000 IQD once, for twelve months. It costs the same as ten monthly payments. Every charge is in IQD. Dollar and local-currency figures are indicative only.
Renewal. Does not renew by itself and no card is kept on file. We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before the year ends, and you renew by buying another year.
When it ends. If you do not renew, access ends 14 days after the expiry date. Renewing early adds a year from the current expiry date, so you never lose time you already paid for.
Refunds. The yearly licence is non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
Enterprise licences
For agencies, studios and media teams running ARAMO on more than one machine. Quoted per number of machines and invoiced directly. Enterprise licences are one-time licences covering an agreed number of machines, invoiced directly and payable by bank transfer as well as card. The number of machines, price, updates and any refund terms are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ. Email info@aramoai.com to start.
Payments
Card payment on PayTabs' own secure page — ARAMO never sees your card details. Payments are processed by PayTabs. We keep only the outcome of each transaction — amount, currency, PayTabs' transaction reference and the email address you used. For a monthly plan, PayTabs also gives us a card token so it can charge the same card next month; the token is not your card number and cannot be used anywhere else.
Prices shown in US dollars or your local currency are indicative conversions for convenience only. Every purchase is charged in IQD, and your bank's exchange rate and any card fees apply.
Delivery and activation
The moment payment is confirmed your account is approved automatically and your download link is emailed, with a PDF invoice. The link works for 14 days. If the link expires before you install, or you lose it, email info@aramoai.com and a fresh one is sent — your purchase stays on record either way.
ARAMO runs on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with at least 8 GB of RAM and about 6 GB of free space per project. Please check the system requirements before you buy.
Refunds
Yearly licence: The yearly licence is non-refundable once payment is confirmed. The fee for that year is not returned in whole or in part, including if you stop using ARAMO before the year ends.
Monthly plan: A month that has started is not refunded. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Enterprise: as set out in your agreement.
ARAMO is delivered as an immediate download and activated the moment payment clears. If something is not working, email info@aramoai.com — we would rather fix the problem than leave you stuck. None of this affects any rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement.
Using ARAMO
- The licence is for you, on your machine. Please do not share, resell or redistribute the software or your download link.
- You are responsible for the footage you process and what you publish with it, including holding the rights to any video, link or music you use, and following the rules of the platforms you post to.
- A licence can be blocked if it is used in a way these terms do not allow, or if a monthly plan remains unpaid after the retries described above.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy. In short: your footage never reaches ARAMO servers.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes do not alter a billing period you have already paid for. The previous version of these terms, dated 9 August 2026, covered the yearly licence only.
