Help with install, activation and everything after

The answers to the questions people actually ask — and how to reach a person when they are not enough.

Getting help

Email a person

info@aramoai.com — a real person answers, usually within a day.

Send diagnostics

In ARAMO open Settings → System & logs and press Create diagnostic bundle. Attach the file to your email. It never contains footage, music or account tokens.

Install

  1. Download the ZIP from the link in your purchase email (about 420 MB) and unzip it anywhere.
  2. Install FFmpeg once: press the Windows key, type powershell, open it and run winget install Gyan.FFmpeg. Close PowerShell when it finishes.
  3. Double-click Start ARAMO.bat. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, choose More info, then Run anyway.

The file 1 - START HERE.txt in the download walks through the same steps.

Activation and moving a licence

  • Create your account in ARAMO with the same email you paid with — the payment approves it automatically.
  • After the first sign-in ARAMO works offline for up to 365 days between check-ins.
  • To move a licence to a new computer, email info@aramoai.com from the address on the licence.
  • Lost or expired download link? Email us and a fresh one is sent.

Billing

  • Cancel a monthly plan from the link in any receipt. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep ARAMO until the end of the month you already paid for.
  • Failed monthly payment. If a monthly payment fails we retry 3 more times over 6 days and email you before access pauses. Paying again restores access straight away.
  • Renewing a yearly licence. Does not renew by itself and no card is kept on file. We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before the year ends, and you renew by buying another year.
  • Full rules are in the terms.

Processing is slow

  • Long sources and 4K exports take longest. Try 1080p to compare.
  • Close other heavy applications while rendering.
  • A graphics card with an NVENC or Quick Sync encoder is used automatically when present.

A render failed or a file won't import

  • Ask the ARAMO Assistant to retry the failed stage — the stages that already finished are kept.
  • Check free disk space: allow about 6 GB per project.
  • If a file will not import, re-export it as an ordinary MP4 (H.264 video, AAC audio) and try again.
  • Still stuck? Send the diagnostic bundle with a short note of what you did.

Some platforms serve downloads at reduced resolution. When a download arrives below 720p, ARAMO records a warning in the project log (Logs page). For full quality, use the original file from your own drive.

Publishing connections

  • Publishing is off by default; connect an account in Publishing and switch it on.
  • If a platform stops accepting posts, disconnect and connect it again — platform sign-ins can expire.
  • Instagram publishing works through a Facebook Page linked to your professional Instagram account.
  • To remove saved sign-ins entirely, disconnect the account in ARAMO; the credentials live in Windows Credential Manager on your PC.

Updates

Release notes are on the changelog. Email info@aramoai.com for the latest download link. ARAMO keeps your projects and settings in a data folder inside its own folder, so ask us before replacing the folder and we will tell you what to keep.
