What stays on your computer, what we hold, and why. Written to be read.
Summary
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@aramoai.com.
What stays on your computer
Everything to do with your media: the source videos, the transcripts, the analysis, edit plans, rendered clips, your music library and project settings. None of it is sent to us.
If you connect YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, the sign-in tokens for those accounts are stored in Windows Credential Manager on your computer — not on our servers. The app's diagnostic bundle, which you can create and send to us yourself when asking for help, contains redacted logs and system details and never footage, music or account tokens.
What we hold, and why

Card details are entered on PayTabs' own page and never reach us.
This website
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which may record aggregate, privacy-preserving page statistics without cookies. Your approximate country is read from your connection only to show an indicative price in your own currency.
- Our own visit counts. If you arrive from a link we published, your browser keeps a small note of which link it was in local storage, not a cookie, and sends us a daily tally. We also count steps on the page — for example opening the checkout or pressing play on the demo. No IP address, identifier or fingerprint is stored with these counts, and they never include your email or card details. You can clear the note by clearing site data for aramoai.com.
- The demo video. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. It then plays through youtube-nocookie.com.
- Badges. The TrustedSite security seal is loaded from TrustedSite, and the Product Hunt badge image from Product Hunt, when the footer is shown.
- Meta Pixel. To measure our advertising, this site uses the Meta Pixel. It records page views, reaching the pricing section and starting a checkout, and Meta may set its own cookies to do so. It is never given your email, name or card details.
- Purchase reports to Meta. When an order is paid, our server tells Meta a purchase happened, with the amount, the currency, and your email address and name hashed (SHA-256) so Meta can match it to an ad you saw without receiving them in readable form. You can limit this in your browser's tracking settings and in your Meta ad preferences.
Who else sees it
PayTabs processes payments. Our email provider delivers receipts, reminders and replies. Cloudflare hosts the website and the contact form. Meta receives the advertising measurement described above. Nobody else receives your information from us, and we never sell it.
Your choices
Email info@aramoai.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your account ends your licence and cannot be undone. Cancelling a monthly plan stops future charges; you can do that yourself from the link in any receipt.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
